Personal Training

Personal training is available at Strength Works with Jade, a Commonwealth Powerlifting bronze medallist, 2x New Zealand Representative in Powerlifting, Northland Powerlifting record holder and Northland Junior Champion.

 

Jade has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness field, her results in her sport speak for themselves. She is also a fully qualified personal trainer and a certified nutrition and wellness consultant and she can help you to achieve your weight loss, strength or sport specific goals. Her qualifications and achievements include;

  • Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant (AFPA)
  • Advanced Certificate in Personal Training
  • 2nd place Northland Athletics Road Champs 2012
  • Bachelor of Applied Social Work
  • Current Holder of the Northland Junior Female Powerlifting Records for the Squat, Bench press, Deadlift and Three Lift Total
  • Northland Powerlifting Championships 2016, 2017: Best Female Junior Lifter
  • Northland Bench Press Championships 2016: Best Female Junior Lifter
  • North Island Powerlifting Championships 2016: Female Junior Champion
  • North Island Powerlifting Bench press Championships 2016, 2017: Female Junior Champion
  • New Zealand representative at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships 2017 – Bronze in the squat, silver in the bench press, bronze in the deadlift and bronze medal overall.
  • New Zealand representative at the Asia / Oceania Powerlifting Championships. Winning a gold medal in the bench press for NZ at the Asia / Oceania Powerlifting Championships

I recently joined Strength Works and have had 3 weeks of PT with Jade. I hate exercise and I don't really much like gyms! That being said I feel extremely comfortable at Strength Works and find the PT sessions with Jade to be both challenging and rewarding.
