I will be opening a brand new 24 hour fitness facility in Mill Lane THIS SUMMER!

We have a range of brand new, top of the line, US made hammer strength and life fitness equipment, a large floor space and will be offering a one stop fitness shop - personal training with a NZ Representative powerlifter, nutrition consulting, massage and SO MUCH MORE at affordable membership rates.

We understand how frustrating it can be not to be able to train at a time that suits you, so we are bringing the solution and making health and fitness accessible for everyone.
