Infrared Sauna​

At Strength Works we have all of your recovery needs covered with our infrared sauna! The sauna can be booked at reception or by giving us a call, members receive discounted sauna usage at $10 per half hour visit or $20 for non-members.  

A sauna session is the perfect way to recover after a hard workout, soothe the body and the mind!
