Strength Works is Northland's premium 24 hour strength and conditioning facility. It is run by Jade Isbister and Joseph Kennedy, locals who are passionate about making health, fitness and well-being accessible to everyone at ALL times of the day and night. Jade has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness field, being a qualified personal trainer, Commonwealth Powerlifting bronze medallist, 2x New Zealand Representative in Powerlifting, Northland Powerlifting record holder and Northland Junior Champion.
Our mission is to bring a premium strength and conditioning facility to Northland in which our members can access the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We acknowledge the busy lives we all live and we prioritise making strength, conditioning and fitness available to everyone no matter what their schedule is.
